Total World Chiropractic is organising different projects in various countries. The first project is the Healthy Orphans Healthy Future project which was established in Tanzania in 2010 by Dr Sara Winchester (Chiropractor) and Dr Fleur Castlereagh (Chiropractor).
The purpose of these projects is to offer chiropractic care and basic health education in a charitable way for those less fortunate. Providing chiropractic care to this group of people will remove some stress and allow them to function more optimally.
The educational component to the projects teahes people about their health inspiring them to make wise decisions into the future. “Taking responsibility for our health and wellbeing is essential for a healthy future.” Says Dr Sara Winchester (Chiropractor).
